Is it, dear reader, a basic human right for all Americans to have broadband internet access?

That does seem to be stretching the idea of what a human right is, just a tad IMO, Joe, but then what do I know?
how can it be a basic "human right" for all "Americans" to have something?
erm no
clean water and a place to sleep at night. They are basic human rights :)
